The Jomtien Beach falls on the east coast of the Gulf of Thailand about 165km south-east of Bangkok in Chonburi province. It is just 3 kilometers away to the south from Pattaya Beach. The beach stretches for 6 to 7 kilometers and you can easily get your best relaxing spot here. You don’t even need to go to the shop to buy anything because the hawkers will come to you selling snacks, junk jewelry and many different items. You can just sit at the beach and enjoy the scenic beauty of the uncluttered sea.

 After some relaxation, you can try water sports at Jomtien. It is refreshing as well as thrilling. Jomtien Beach is famous for its water sports, including jet skis, para-sailing, scuba diving, and several annual sponsored events, such as the Jet Ski World Cup event. You can also visit the Alangkarn Theatre to see excellent cultural performances, as well as fireworks and top-notch lighting. And when you get your food craving you can find some fine restaurants in the area as well- serving you mix of European and Thai dishes with the use of freshly-caught fish (as they boast). Jomtien is near to many other popular sites such as Pattaya floating market, Khao Chi Chan, Underwater World, and Viharn Sien. You can also walk down the Sukhumvit Road and The Thepprasit Road to watch Cabaret Shows.
