Nandi Hills has temples dedicated to Sri Bhoga Narasimha, Sri Ugra Narasimha and Sri Yoga Narasimha. People often visit this place for the temples, trekking, paragliding etc. The scene from the peak of the hill is absolutely magnificent. Iskcon Temple in the city is a huge structure of Neo-classical style of architecture and is dedicated to Radha Krishna. The excellent structure of the temple is worth seeing because of the divine glory it possesses.You must also visit the 'Windsor Castle-inspired' Bangalore Palace which was built by Chamaraja Wodeyar. The entry charge for Indians costs 230 rupees while it costs 430 rupees for Foreigners. The Palace opens at 10 a.m. and you will be able to gain knowledge about the cultural practices, memorabilia, and history about the family that lives there.Bannerghatta National Park, about 22 km away from the city serves as a reserve and a zoo for numerous tigers and elephants.
